For Domestic Customers: We gladly accept any unused, unwashed, and undamaged Merchandise with Original Packing and tags for an Exchange or a Return. Applicable ONLY if informed or applied for Exchange within 48 hours of Delivery.
For International Customers: Although our advanced ERP ensure 100% accuracy in our Orders, however, Life Happens! In case of any Genuine Issues, Our Team will issue you a Store Credit (Partial in some cases). We do not offer Money Refunds and Exchange services to International Customers.
